Dogs have always been present in my life. I showed my first collie at the big Stockholm show when I was 8 or 9. A blue ribbon (VG) was the result. We had the first collie litter in the house when I was 12. Started up Steadlyn Collies in the beginning of the 80s. When we separated I took the prefix Rollington and toured the World in the name of dogs, working with/as handler in the US, Brazil and Japan. Returning to Sweden, it felt very “small” so I went back to Brazil during the 90s. I have not been the most productive breeder, but have produced champions in Europe, North and South America. I have been involved in other breeds breeding/handling; Cockerspaniel, Tibetan spaniel, Beagle, Drever, Shetland Sheepdog, Grand Danois to mention some. I returned to Scandinavia in 1999, and Denmark welcomed me and took me in for judging training. 22 years later, I fulfilled my Allround qualifications. I have judged on all continents, frequent visitor to Finland. My mother is a Finnish war child, so I do have some Finnish connections. I really look forward to the Helsinki appointment in December 2025
